Platform Features

The 5-Step

Automated Workflow

Step 1

Secure Upload Link

The user receives a secure, branded upload link via email or your onboarding platform. No app download required. Works on any phone, tablet, or desktop browser.

Step 2

Photo Submission

The user takes or uploads a passport-style photo through the branded submission portal. Clear on-screen guidance ensures the photo meets requirements before submission.

Step 3

Automated AI Validation

MyPhoto5 runs instant compliance checks: face detection, background validation, framing, centering, lighting quality, and your organization’s specific requirements. Non-compliant photos are rejected with specific, actionable feedback — the user fixes and resubmits without any staff involvement.

Step 4

Auto-Format & Background Removal

Compliant photos are automatically background-removed, cropped, rotated, and formatted to your exact card or badge specifications. No staff editing. No Photoshop. No back-and-forth.

Step 5

Admin Review & Export

Formatted photos land in the admin dashboard, ready for bulk approval. Staff review only the exceptions AI flags for human judgment. Approved photos are exported directly to your card system or HR platform in the required format.
