MyPhoto5 Education

Yes. MyPhoto5's self-service photo submission process works the same way for independent K-12 schools and universities. Boarding and day students submit a photo from any device, AI reviews it for compliance, and the formatted photo is delivered to the school's ID or access system — no in-person photo day required.

Because submission happens remotely from any phone, tablet, or computer, students don't need to be on campus or in one location to submit a compliant ID photo. This is especially useful for boarding schools and schools with international or geographically dispersed student populations, where a single in-person photo day isn't practical.

Not currently. Students authenticate through SAML single sign-on and submit their own photo under their own credentials — a deliberate safeguard to protect student data privacy and keep submissions tied to the right student. Parent- and staff-initiated uploads have both come up as requests and may be considered for a future release.
